The study aims to identify the factors influencing on the participation of longan planting model that is esential for a local agricultural economic development. The results show that longan planting for patterns was more economical than the traditional one by the T-test at a significance level of 5%. Paticularly, the study used the Binary Logistis regression model to identify the factors influencing on the paticipation of the longan models, including background education, cooperative participation, and farmers’ experiences.
