Current situation of management of child care and early childhood

The paper presents the findings of a project studying the status of managing child care and education at preschools in Ho Chi Minh City from the perspective of administrators, teachers and nannies. The surveyed aspects cover the achievement of educational management objectives, planning, conducting the plan, directing, and checking and evaluating the results. In addition, the study also surveys the status of managing the professional developement for preschool teachers and and facilities at preschools.
