Ảnh hưởng của yếu tố thù lao đến sự hài lòng trong công việc và lòng trung thành của nhân viên ngân hàng: nghiên cứu tại một số ngân hàng tỉnh An Giang và Kiên Giang

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship and impacts of the payment to job satisfaction and banking employees’ loyalty in An Giang and Kien Giang province. The study was conducted with 310 bank employees in An Giang and Kien Giang province. The result showed that there were two main components relevant to payment satisfaction: [1] payment level; [2] payment policy administration having a positive relationship with job satisfaction as well as job satisfaction having a positive relationship with the employees’ loyalty. The results also indicated that payment policy administration was the most important factor that affected to job satisfaction of the employees. In addition, some other factors, including employees ages, bank ownerships, and groups’ incomes also influenced on the employees’ job satisfaction and loyalty. However, the result indicated that there had no differences among the employees’ loyalty with ownerships.
